Questions about an order

For issues with an ongoing order (delivery, payment, cancellation), please contact [email protected]with your order number. You can find the order number in the app under "Orders".

Account & privacy

You can delete your account at any time directly in the app: open Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data. For details on how we handle your data, see our privacy policy.
